Welcome to the Color Grading workshop by Crosscut Films (“the Workshop”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and participation in the Workshop scheduled for October 4th,5th & 12th conducted online via Google Meet. By enrolling, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Registration and Payment
- Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the workshop fee of ₹9,999.
- Payment methods accepted will be communicated during registration.
- Seats are limited to 20 and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Crosscut Films reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration if payment is not received in time or registrations exceed capacity.
Workshop Access and Participation
- The Workshop will be conducted live online using Google Meet.
- Participants are responsible for having the necessary hardware, software, and stable internet connectivity.
- Participants should attend both full days (10 AM to 6 PM) to gain maximum benefit.
- Attendance will be recorded for quality assurance and administration purposes.
- Workshop content, including recordings (if provided), project files, and materials, are for personal educational use only.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or recording of workshop content is prohibited.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by a separate Refund and Cancellation Policy available on our website.
- Please refer to that policy for details on eligibility, timelines, refunds, credit transfers, and no-show provisions.
- Refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing as detailed in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
- All workshop materials, including presentations, videos, and project files, remain the intellectual property of Crosscut Films & Post.
- Participants retain ownership of any original work they create but grant Crosscut Films permission to use such work for promotional purposes with credit.
- Participants must not share, sell, or distribute workshop materials publicly or commercially without explicit written consent.
Code of Conduct
- Participants agree to act respectfully and professionally with instructors and peers.
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the Workshop without refund.
- Compliance with all workshop guidelines and policies is required.
Limitation of Liability
- Crosscut Films is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end including device failures or internet problems.
- While we endeavor to provide high-quality training, no specific performance or outcome is guaranteed. Participation is at your own risk.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal data collected during registration is used only for administrative and communication purposes related to the Workshop.
- Data will not be shared with third parties without consent except as required by law.
Amendments
- Crosscut Films reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Registered participants will be notified of material changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
