Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in the Color Grading Workshop by Crosscut Film Academy. Please read the following policy carefully before enrolling to understand your rights and obligations regarding registration cancellations and refunds.

| 5 to 9 days before workshop start | 50% refund or full credit transferable to next workshop within 3 months |

| Workshop cancellation by organizer | Full refund or option to transfer to rescheduled workshop |
| Exceptional cases (medical, emergencies) | Case-by-case basis; possible partial refund or credit |
Credit Transfer Usage Limitation
- Any credit issued due to cancellation is valid for one-time use only toward a future workshop.
- Once applied, the credit is considered fully redeemed and cannot be reused or transferred further.
- Repeated cancellations and attempts to reuse the same credit will not be permitted.
Handling Unused Credit Due to No-Show on Transferred Workshop
- Credit transferred to a future workshop must be redeemed within the specified validity period of 3 months.
- If a participant does not attend the workshop for which the credit was applied (a no-show), the credit will be considered forfeited and will not be refundable or transferable again.
- No additional rescheduling or credit extensions will be granted for missed sessions after the initial transfer.
- Participants are responsible for managing their schedule and commitment once credit is transferred.
- If the credit remains unused for 3 months, it will be considered forfeited and will no longer be available.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
- All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@crosscutfilms.in with your full name, registration details, and reason for cancellation.
- Refund requests must follow the timelines outlined above to be eligible.
- Processing of refunds will take up to 10-15 business days after receipt of a valid request.
Additional Terms
- Credits issued are non-transferable to other individuals unless explicitly approved.
- No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or missed sessions.
- Any transaction or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
- Crosscut Films reserves the right to modify this policy with prior notice to registered participants.

How to Raise a Grievance
