Hey there!

With 15 years in filmmaking and post-production, I’ve worked on 400+ projects across films, web series, ads, and branded content. Over time, I found my real passion in color grading—shaping mood, tone, and storytelling through color.

My short films have been showcased and awarded at international festivals, and my background in Fine Arts (Bangalore) and Film Studies (Gothenburg, Sweden) deeply informs the way I approach visuals.

I’ve also conducted 25+ workshops, guiding students and professionals to understand not just the software, but the art and craft of color.

Through these workshops, my goal is simple: to give you practical, industry-ready skills and the confidence to bring stories alive with color.

With Crosscut Film Academy, our goal is to make real-world film education accessible through short-term, power-packed courses. Whether you’re a beginner curious about filmmaking or a professional looking to sharpen your skills, our workshops are designed to give you practical knowledge you can immediately put to use.

Is this a recorded session?

No. All our workshops are conducted LIVE by our mentors to ensure effective knowledge sharing and one-on-one interaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.

Is the registration transferrable?

No, unfortunately the registration is not tranferrable.

Can I record the session?

Recording is not allowed, as all workshop materials are the intellectual property of Crosscut Films. However, once the workshop ends, we will email you a PDF covering all topics and descriptions discussed, so you can easily review and research further.

What is the difference between your course and other ₹99 courses?

Most cheap online courses are short recorded sessions (2–3 hours), often delivered to hundreds of students with no real interaction or depth. They’re usually designed to upsell more expensive programs rather than teach thoroughly.

Our workshops are different: they are live, interactive, and conducted by industry professionals with years of real-world experience. We keep batches limited so every participant gets focused attention, making the learning far more impactful than mass-market workshops.

What skill level is required for the workshop?

Beginner Courses (Color Grading, Editing, Sound Design): For those new to the skill or just starting out. You only need:
a. a genuine interest in the topic
b. basic computer skills
c. a system that can run the software (for online courses).

Advanced Courses: For learners with at least 50 hours of hands-on experience, or those who have completed our Beginner Course.

Pro Courses: For those with over 100 hours of experience, attended our Advanced Courses, completed professional projects, and looking to explore advanced techniques.

What is your return policy?

Full refund (minus a ₹500 processing fee) if cancelled 14 days or more before the workshop.
Example: If the workshop is on the 20th, you’re eligible for a full refund if you cancel on or before the 6th.

50% refund or full transferable credit (valid for 6 months) if cancelled 13–7 days before.
Example: If the workshop is on the 20th, you’ll receive a partial refund if you cancel between the 7th and 13th.

No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the workshop or in case of a No Show. However, full transferable credit will be given for the immediate next workshop (valid for 3 months).
Example: If the workshop is on the 20th, no refund is possible for cancellations made after the 13th, but you can use your credit for the next batch.

If the workshop is cancelled by us, a 100% refund will be issued.
